The Community Events Committee was established by the Mayor with the consent of the City Council. This committee consists of the Mayor and two City Councilors and meets on the fourth Thursday of each month as necessary at 6:30 pm in the City Hall Annex.
The purpose of the Event Committee is to support community events, make monetary decisions and to be the responsible body of city sponsored events such as Old Timers Weekend.
